1. Before You Delete

If you delete your Koor account, you will permanently lose access to:

This action cannot be undone. If you change your mind later, you will need to start over with a new account.

2. How to Delete Your Account

Send a deletion request to our support team using your registered phone number:

  1. Open your email app and compose a new message to koorapp252@gmail.com
  2. Use the subject: "Delete My Koor Account"
  3. In the body, include your registered phone number (e.g., +252 6X XXXXXXX)
  4. Send the email — we will reply within 48 hours to confirm
  5. Your account will be permanently deleted within 30 days of confirmation

I would like to permanently delete my Koor account and all associated data.

3. What Data Is Deleted

Transactions, budgets, bills (on device) Deleted When you uninstall the app

4. What Data Is Kept

For legal compliance and fraud prevention, we may retain limited data:

These records contain no personally identifiable information after deletion. Phone numbers, names, and PINs are fully removed.

5. Quick Local Data Deletion

If you only want to clear data on your device without deleting your account, you can:

This removes all transactions, budgets, and local data instantly. Your server account (name, phone, PIN) remains active and you can log back in anytime.
